Mainland Portugal
- CTT Expresso service (24h working days)
- Shipping: 4,90€ per order + 1,20€ extra unit
Islands (Madeira and Azores)
- CTT Express service (2-4 working days)
- Shipping: 17,90€ per order + 3,90€ extra unit
Important note:
Although we strive to meet the delivery times indicated, delays may occur due to external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, periods of high volume of orders (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), or customs issues. In the event of absence from the delivery address, the order may be slightly delayed.
Exchanges and returns
We believe in the quality of our products, but we understand that there may be situations where it is necessary to exchange or return an item. To ensure that this process is simple and hassle-free, please follow the instructions below.
- Condition of articles:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of use and all labels intact. We only accept returns accompanied by the original invoice.
- Packaging:
- Use the original packaging to return the items. If you don't have the original packaging, you can use other packaging, but we recommend that you ensure adequate protection to avoid damage during transportation.
- How to proceed:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email, explaining the reason for the exchange or return. We'll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return by email. This process is designed to be autonomous and efficient, guaranteeing your convenience.

- Deadline for returns:
Returns are accepted up to 15 working days after the date of issue of the invoice. - Return costs:
If you choose to send an item back without following our returns procedure, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any eventualities such as damage or loss. - Articles offered:
It is not necessary to return products offered as gifts. These are for your enjoyment. - Processing time:
- Exchanges are processed within 3 to 7 working days.
- Refunds can take up to 20 working days. During the months of November, December, January, July and August, the deadline for exchanges can extend to 15 working days, and up to 40 working days for refunds.
